ASID interior design consultants are trained to deal with more than the furnishings and finishes that go into making a space look wonderful. They use analytical problem-solving skills that focus on your needs and aspirations. Designers listen, understand and ultimately create a space that exceeds your expectations.

Designers act as consultants to ensure you get what you want and need. They'll help you examine your options, create a roadmap, manage the process or anything in between - purchasing, ordering, supervising contractors and overseeing budgets. Interior design consultants are trained to see the big picture and to help you balance your aspirations, functional needs and budget.

Terms and use of ASID Referral Service:

ASID offers free of charge its online referral service program (the "Program") as a convenience to its participating designers (the "Designer") and persons interested in engaging a designer to perform interior design services ("Services").

As a condition to your use of the Program and as material inducement on the part of ASID to offer the Program, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Use of the Program is at your sole risk.  The American Society of Interior Designers, Inc. expressly disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, express or implied arising out of or relating to:

a) the Program
b) the Designers
c) the Services to be performed by any Designer.

§ ASID, its Officers, Directors, Members and Employees shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages or other losses resulting from or relating in any manner to:
		
a) your use of the Program
b) the engagement by you of any Designer
c) any acts, negligence, breach of contract or other conduct engaged in by any Designer or by any of the Designer's agents, vendors, consultants and the like
d) any other matter relating to the Program.

§ In no event will ASID's liability to you for any reason whatsoever exceed in the aggregate the sum of $50.

§ ASID does not provide, nor will it provide, any interior design service to or for you, nor is ASID a party to any agreement which you may enter into with a Designer.  If you engage the services of any Designer, all arrangements in such regard are solely between you and the concerned Designer.

§ These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.

§ You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the District of Columbia for all purposes as between you and ASID hereunder.

§ If any of the above Terms of Use are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all of the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
